Your appointment request form will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:45 am – 3:00 pm, excluding holidays. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to process your appointment request form. If you have not heard from us within two business days, please contact the office by phone.
